Inspirada features two new parks

Henderson’s two newest parks — Capriola and Potenza – are part of the new development in the master-planned community of Inspirada, which also includes eight new neighborhoods.

Capriola and Potenza Parks were developed by Inspirada Builders, LLC, a partnership of four prominent home builders, including Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers.

Capriola Park is approximately 12 acres and features lighted multi-use fields, tennis and basketball courts, picnic ramada, playground, dog park, splash pad, shade structures, open turf and restrooms.

Potenza Park is approximately five acres and includes lighted basketball courts, picnic ramadas, playground, shade structures, a skate area, open turf and restrooms.

Toll Brothers has new model homes under construction in its Bellante and Villamar Collections while at KB Home, nine model homes are featured in their Greencourts, Reserves and Terraces collections. Pardee Homes has five new model homes in their Alterra and Solano neighborhoods and Beazer Homes will offer new homes in 2015.

In addition to seeing the new parks and new homes, visitors can experience the future of Inspirada from the Overlook. Located off Bicentennial Parkway, the Overlook offers a panoramic experience that is enhanced with the free Inspirada app available on your smartphone or tablet’s app store.

The Inspirada app uses geo-positioning, internal compass, augmented reality, 3D parallax, dynamic image rendering and a variety of animation to bring Inspirada’s future to life today, including parks and neighborhoods now under development.

Inspirada is home to more than 2,500 residents. For more information, visit www.inspirada.com or follow the community at www.facebook.com/InspiradaNV.
