Suspects sought in east valley store robbery

Las Vegas police are looking for a pair of suspects in connection with a store robbery in the 5600 block of East Charleston Boulevard.

The robbery occurred at 6:40 p.m. on Jan. 3 and involved a man who brandished a gun and a woman who grabbed money out of the cash register, a press release said.

The suspects fled on foot after the robbery.

Police say the man was 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighed 150 to 170 pounds, was between 20 to 23 years old and had brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark hoody and a black baseball cap with a white symbol on the front. A purple bandana covered his face and he wore dark gloves.

The woman was described as about 5 feet tall, between 120 and 130 pounds and between the ages of 18 to 20 with blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a dark hoody, had a purple bandana covering her face and was carrying a backpack.
