Tickets are available for the 2013 season of Super Summer Theatre, set at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, roughly 10 miles west of the Las Vegas Beltway on Charleston Boulevard/state Route 159. The seventh annual Jam at the Barn is planned from 2 to 6 p.m. June 29 and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. June 30 at 1 Village Way in Blue Diamond. Workshops and lessons from various artists are scheduled for June 29 with a dinner break and music in the park. Donations are accepted. Local and touring performers are set to play June 30. WORTH A DRIVE

The Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort, 6725 Lee Canyon Road, is scheduled to be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays through Sundays until Sept. 2. Free lawn games, hiking and mountain biking. Chairlift rides are $10, and disc golf is $17. Camping also is available.

The Resort at Mount Charleston is set to host a special concert series from noon to 3 p.m. Sundays during the summer at the resort, 2275 Kyle Canyon Road.
