Happy Planet Hyundai customer wins new TV

Native Las Vegan Andre Espinoza is the ideal winner of Planet Hyundai's Facebook TV contest, according to company officials.

The 26 year-old Espinoza is a longtime customer, having purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent from Planet Hyundai Sahara.

As a reward for his allegiance, Espinoza is now the owner of a 40-inch Toshiba liquid-crystal display flat-screen television after participating in the contest that started about two months ago.

"I was at Planet Hyundai Centennial for service and saw the poster for the contest in the waiting room," said Espinoza, who works for CitiGroup. "I decided to enter just for the heck of it and I'm definitely glad that I did."

Espinoza, a 2004 Centennial High School graduate, also is a huge believer in the Hyundai automobile.

"I bought the Accent because I wanted a car that got good gas mileage. In addition, I really liked the style of the car along with the reputation that Hyundai has," he said. "I'm barely at the 61,000-mile mark and the car has been perfect. I have had no second thoughts at all with my car."

Espinoza is now considering purchasing a new Sonata. And he doesn't hesitate one bit when saying that he will return to Planet Hyundai for his next purchase.

"My Accent has been very good to me, so there is no reason to go anywhere else," he said. "Twice a year I take the Accent out of town and have never had any bad luck. In fact, everyone in my family owns a Hyundai. The Hyundais have performed very well for everyone in our family."

He said he also appreciates Hyundai's 10-year, 100,000-mile engine warranty along with a five-year, 60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Espinoza said he is considering the Sonata after driving one on loan.

"I definitely fell in love with the Sonata. I really liked the leather seats, the dashboards with all the electronic features offered. The car had a sunroof, too. Everything about it was awesome."
