Zebra mussel-infested boat kept from entering Lake Tahoe

Inspectors have prevented a boat with more than 40 adult nonnative zebra mussels from entering Lake Tahoe.

District spokesman Pete Brumis said the mussels were found during a training session for about 40 inspectors.
