Sunset Pilot Plaza sold to Ameriprise Financial
The Sunset Pilot Plaza office building in the Hughes Airport Center business park has been sold to Ameriprise Financial less than a year after it was acquired by a California real estate investment company, the seller said Thursday.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The three-story office building at 280 Pilot Road, built in 2008, offers 100,000 square feet of Class A space with easy access to Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway.
MIG Real Estate completed about $350 million in acquisitions over the past two years and is aggressively seeking additional opportunistic investments in target markets, Greg Merage, chief executive officer of Newport Beach, Calif.-based MIG Real Estate, said in a statement.
