Margaritaville Casino taking applications for 250 jobs

In preparation for an October opening, the Margaritaville Casino in the Flamingo has started taking applications for 250 positions.

The Caesars Entertainment Corp. property won't hold the type of job fair that caused hundreds of people to wait in line to submit applications at other companies. People can apply online or in person at the Caesars Employment Center without any tight time restrictions.

The casino will cover 15,000 square-feet, with 22 table games and slot machines at a cost of $10 million. It will be next to the Margaritaville restaurant and on the same floor space at the former Steakhouse 46.
