Lennar offers financial incentives

Many of Lennar's homes include features such as granite countertops, GE appliance packages, new flooring, upgraded cabinets and fresh low-VOC paint.

All of the homes have high-tech green features that save money on energy bills, including low-energy dual-pane vinyl windows, radiant- barrier roof sheeting and Lennar's new-home automation system.

Also, Lennar is offering $3,000 toward backyard landscaping on select homesites.

"We know homebuyers have many options when choosing a home, but we believe a homebuyer should never have to sacrifice value when buying a home," said Christina Mayer, new-home consultant for Lennar Las Vegas. "Our new homes help buyers save money on the remodeling, the upgrades, the maintenance and the stress -- that is a value that is unbelievable."

Through July 10, Lennar homebuyers can receive a special interest rate and financing when they use the builder's in-house lender, Universal American Mortgage Co.

Additionally, homebuyers may receive as much as $25,000 off the sales price on select home sites, according to Mayer.

With the Total Lennar Care Program, buyers can have the peace of mind in knowing that Lennar's customer care continues long after they move in, ensuring their homes are functioning well, that there are no outstanding warranty items and that homeowners are happy with their purchases.

"We want buyers to feel secure in their decision and want them to truly love their new home," said Roger Seaholm, director of customer care. "Our warranty program and included energy-saving features, combined with already upgraded amenities, provide more value than the majority of resale homes ever could."
