Bixby Land Co., an Irvine, Calif.-based real estate investment company, said Monday that it bought two industrial properties in Southern Nevada.
Bixby bought the 129,000-square-foot Levi Strauss building at 7600 Eastgate Road in Henderson for $8.25 million. The company also acquired a 220,000-square-foot industrial building at 4335 Arcata in Las Vegas that's fully leased to Moen. That transaction value was $9.75 million.
