Lennar offers move-in ready homes, incentives

Las Vegas homebuilder Lennar announced year-end incentives, lowered prices and Everything Included packages on homes available for immediate move-in during its Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda sales event through Nov. 30.

"We still have many homes available for immediate move-in in November. We're currently offering up to $15,000 in savings and special financing rates through Lennar's preferred lender on most homes available for immediate move-in," said Lennar Las Vegas Director of Marketing, Nick Parks. "We are highly motivated to sell all available homes before the end of our fiscal year on Nov. 30."

In addition to savings of up to $15,000, Lennar is also offering a special Energy Star PLUS package on all homes that close in November. This package includes free blinds for all windows and free ceiling fans in every bedroom.

"We know how important energy efficiency is to valley homebuyers, so we have added free window coverings and ceiling fans as part of our Energy Star PLUS package to reduce the energy costs for all buys this month," Parks said.

Everything's Included program offers state-of-the-art amenities, including upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. These amenities reduce a buyer's need to remodel or upgrade.

"The Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda sales event is the perfect time for first-time buyers to enter the real estate market and for real estate aficionados to add to their existing collection of homes," said Joy Broddle, Lennar Las Vegas sales manager.

"We offer special low financing through Lennar's preferred lender, resulting in lower monthly payments."
