Missing dancer’s car discovered as investigation continues

The car of a missing dancer was located by Las Vegas police Thursday night, and investigators are scouring it for clues into the 31-year-old's disappearance.

Las Vegas police would not say where the car was found. Spokesman Barbara Morgan said only that the vehicle was intact.

Deborah Flores-Narvaez was last seen leaving her home near Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue on Sunday about 7 p.m. Police were asking the public to search for her car, a maroon Chevrolet Prism with Maryland plates, until it was located Thursday.

Police are not saying whether a crime is suspected.

"We're concerned, obviously. We're very concerned," Morgan said.

Flores-Narvaez is a dancer in the show "Fantasy" at Luxor. She is described as a 5-feet-5-inch Hispanic weighing about 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anybody with information on her whereabouts are encouraged to call the Metropolitan Police Department's missing persons detail at 828-2907.
