PETS: Readers send in photos of their animals

Readers have submitted hundreds of entries to the View’s pets section. And, because we only can feature a few photos each week in the newspaper, we decided to expand the sharing online. We hope you enjoy these extra faces, and remind you to check back each Tuesday for more photos of your best friends.

“This is Bruno, who was rescued on July 4, 2007, from Sin City Saint Rescue,” wrote Gail Dolar of Las Vegas. “He is playing in the snow and loving it.”

“Little Angel loves to sit at the table when she gets hungry, even though she’d never even get a treat,” wrote Dianna Cox of Las Vegas. “She also sits on the chair and looks out the window — a people watcher.”

Raymond and Lana Browder of Las Vegas adopted Sunny and Charlie in 2006. “They were 2 years old then and had been kept in a cage for a single dog. They were not housebroken, had trouble walking on a leash and had no car manners. Even with all the ‘terrible twos,’ they stole our hearts and now are the best-behaved, trained and lovable dogs. They know at least a half-dozen tricks and play and romp all day. All they needed was love and attention. ...”
