The subject of 16 months of litigation is missing?

Now, what is the first thing you do when you are involved in litigation? Besides curse and hire a lawyer?

You preserve the documents and evidence pertinent to the case, right.

The O.J. Simpson kidnapping and robbery trial was in September 2008. The judge and the lawyers handed the potential 500 jurors 27-page questionnaires to be filled out. The judge, Jackie Glass, right, promised the jurors their answers would be secret.

The Review-Journal and the AP sued, saying the questionnaires are part of voir dire and should be available to the public.

The case was heard in March, and it was pretty obvious which way the state Supreme Court justices were inclined to rule by their questions.

Now it is December and the court has ruled in favor of the R-J and the AP.

But the court can't find 450 of those questionnaires. Why do you think that is?
