Police search for man who robbed Fitzgeralds Casino

Las Vegas police are looking for the man who "cooly and calmly" robbed the Fitzgeralds Casino and left the downtown casino and hotel in a cab early this morning.

The suspect, who police describe as a man in his early 30s, walked up to the casino cage at about 4 a.m. and demanded an undisclosed amount of money, police say.

The man left the casino with the cash and left in a cab. Police ask anyone with information about the robbery to contact Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
