Arlette Yousif

Arlette Yousif joined the Las Vegas Review-Journal in November 2023 as a digital content producer. In February 2024,  she was named a digital anchor for 7@7. Arlette's passion for writing began at the age of 13 when she started writing poems. Since then, Arlette has followed her passion to music, film, podcasting, and broadcast.
Arlette holds a bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in film from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is also certified in audio engineering through the Los Angeles Film School.
Since graduating, Arlette has filled various roles, which include anchoring, reporting, producing and editing stories in Nevada, California and Arizona. While at KYMA in Yuma, Ariz., Arlette covered everything from Covid-19 to crime, as well as major political stories.
