"21" (PG-13): It's everybody's what-happens-in-Vegas dream: taking the casinos for millions. And in the '90s, a team of math-whiz college students did exactly that. This slick, fictionalized version of the best-selling "Bringing Down the House" -- filmed on locations at casinos from Planet Hollywood to Red Rock Resort -- recounts their adventures, as Massachusetts Institute of Technology students (led by Jim Sturgess and Kate Bosworth), under the tutelage of a calculating professor (Kevin Spacey), take their card-counting expertise to the Strip, winning millions at blackjack -- and attracting the ire of an old-school casino enforcer (Laurence Fishburne).

Miley Cyrus, "Breakout": Get ready to administer CPR to your kid sister, for there will be a lot of hyperventilating tweens come today when the new disc from Disney wunderkind Miley Cyrus hits the shelves like a candy-coated atom bomb.

Cyrus, and her alter ego Hannah Montana, are fresh from one of the hottest tours of late '07-early '08, and she's out to capitalize on it with lots of fist-in-the-air, girl power singalongs that'll have all the lil' ones courting laryngitis.

Better stock up on the Chloraseptic now, moms.
