Siegel Group Nevada acquires Arizona property

Real estate investment and management company The Siegel Group Nevada Inc., announced this week that it had acquired a 442-unit extended stay property in Tolleson, Arizona, for $16.6 million.

The property is the third Legacy Suites location that The Siegel Group has acquired in the last 14 months in Arizona. Other acquired properties are in Phoenix and Casa Grande, Arizona.

Siegel Suites brands now operate 36 properties across Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona, with additional locations scheduled to open this year.

The Siegel Group was founded by Stephen Siegel and has offices in Las Vegas and in Studio City, California.
