Real estate program will cover risk issues
The commercial real-estate certification program's 2008 series will cover environmental risk issues in commercial real estate in its next course, running 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors office, 1750 E. Sahara Ave.
Kevin Pentony, Ken Knight and Peter Gulash will teach the course.
The Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas will present the course with the Southern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
