Rhodes Homes unveils Pesaro today

Rhodes Homes unveils its Pesaro neighborhood today within the master-planned Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson.

The subdivision features single-story homes ranging from 2,379 to 2,694 square feet. The three models offer vaulted ceilings, island kitchens, three to six bedrooms, den, dining and great rooms, two to four baths and 21/2 to three-car split garages.

Homes are available for immediate move-in at the Tuscany as well as Rhodes Ranch, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"Our buyers' treasure hunt for standing inventory and new homes begins in Tuscany with nine communities to forage through. Buyers' choices include nine communities -- Pesaro, La Piazza, La Luna, Montebello, Avellino, Fiori, Terrazzo, Zanetti and Melani," sales manager Ryan Soucie said. "They will find finished homes with a variety of premium installed upgrades to complement each model. Some have three-car garages and two to five bedrooms with two to 41/2 baths."

The builder is offering financing options for buyers who use the builder's preferred lender, according to Soucie.

Tuscany's model complexes include single-, two-story and townhome-style models ranging from 1,264 to 4,876 square feet. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

Rhodes Ranch communities include The Collection, Palm's Bay, Pacific Mist, The Majors, The Fairways and The Irons. Prospective purchasers will find single- and two-story plans ranging from 1,466 to 4,138 square feet. Prices start in the $200,000s.

Both Tuscany and Rhodes Ranch surround championship golf courses designed by Ted Robinson Jr. with walking trails, parks and recreation centers.

Tuscany and Rhodes Ranch feature 35,000-square-foot recreation centers, La Vita Tuscana and the R Club. Inside the multi-million-dollar facilities residents have use of outdoor lap and lagoon pools, Fun Zone water slides, indoor full basketball courts, racquet ball courts, full workout facilities, billiards room, meeting rooms and multiple activities offered for children.

Additionally, Rhodes Homes' Xit townhome-style homes and the detached homes at W57th, located in the southwest valley, are included in the event. Xit, on Tropicana Avenue near Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, offers three models ranging from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet, starting in the mid-$200,000s.

W57th, located on Sunset Road near Grand Canyon Drive, has three plans from 1,720 to 2,255 square feet and starting at $284,825.

James M. Rhodes, the founder and president of Rhodes Homes, is a lifelong Las Vegas resident and has been building homes in Nevada since 1985. Rhodes began his home-building career as a carpenter and framer, and expanded into building custom homes.

With a commitment to building homes and creating communities, Rhodes Homes created the Rhodes Homes Charitable Giving Committee which supports existing Southern Nevada charities with donations and hands-on support.

All sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information about Tuscany Residential Village call 564-5011; for Rhodes Ranch information, call 439-6300; or visit RhodesHomes.com.
