Prosecutors are asking the Nevada Supreme Court to overturn a judge’s decision to dismiss attempted murder and battery charges at the start of a trial this week. District Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez dismissed the charges on Tuesday after prosecutors delayed in calling a witness to testify.
