We all want to succeed and build a thriving venture. However, for most of us, we do not know where to begin. Starting and running any venture is not easy, and there are many things to consider, and this makes it challenging for someone without experience. Having walked a similar path, Babak Rabiee, the CEO and co-founder of Sahara Protocol, now shares tips to help us reach our goals.
Babak Rabiee is a well-known entrepreneur and the brains behind one of the very first privacy protocol ecosystems, Sahara Protocol. Together with his team, Babak has built a system that enables on-platform trading between volatile and stable assets. Babak is also a blockchain enthusiast, NFT trader, and the co-founder of Light bulb man NFT.
What you can learn from him:
- Never allow your lack of experience stop you from getting started.
There is never a perfect time to start, and the longer you wait, the more you delay your success, says Babak.
When Babak first came across Bitcoin in 2013, he didn’t quite know what it was, and there was limited information online. Despite it being a relatively new field at the time, he didn’t let that stop him. He started his research by watching several YouTube videos and reading other informative content, and a few months later, he started his journey in the industry. He notes that while it is essential to take considerable risks, it’s also important to note that time is money, and waiting will only make it harder for you to reach your dreams.
- Keep your eyes peeled for possibilities.
According to Babak, one of the main things that has helped him build a thriving empire is investing in his goals and always staying informed. He has embraced online learning, and he spends a considerable amount of time watching and reading educational content on various sites.
Babak Rabiee has also surrounded himself with like-minded individuals, which he notes has allowed him to stay up to date with the latest news, especially in the crypto industry.
- Be consistent.
To reach your goals, it is crucial that you remain consistent and do not let obstacles stop you, says Babak. He notes that he has met countless challenges throughout his journey, and he even lost his job at one point. This was when he also suffered a huge loss in his trading. But Babak Rabiee did not give up. He worked twice as hard, and within no time, he was able to reclaim his position.
- Ensure your motivation goes beyond money.
While one of the reasons for starting a business is to make money, it shouldn’t be your only priority.
This will only distract you, and you will end up making rash decisions which can cause a huge impact on your brand, says Babak.
He explains that his passion for his two companies is his biggest driving force, which has helped him get to where he is today.
These tips shared by Babak are an excellent place to start.
