Bank of Nevada announces partnership with The Smith Center

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts announced Monday that the Bank of Nevada will be its exclusive bank sponsor for the 2012-2013 season.

"We are proud of our partnership with this highly anticipated community asset," said John Guedry, Bank of Nevada president and chief operating officer, in a statement. "The Smith Center promotes a sense of community, which is in perfect alignment with our business philosophy."

Established in 1994, Bank of Nevada has $2.8 billion in assets and 11 offices on Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Mesquite. The bank, which is the only local financial institution with ties to The Smith Center for 2012-2013, is an affiliate of Western Alliance Bancorp in Phoenix.

"Our early success can be attributed to the reliable relationships we have built over the years, including that with our financial institution, Bank of Nevada," Myron Martin, president and CEO of The Smith Center, said in a statement. "I want to thank them for stepping up in support of The Smith Center as a season partner and taking a leadership role in helping cultivate culture within our community."
