Station Casinos launches website for locals
Station Casinos’ multimillion dollar advertising and public awareness campaign to win back its locals customer base took another twist.
The company launched the “We Love Locals” website at www.weluvlocals.com where customers can vote weekly on one of three promotional offers. The site was unveiled a week ago with $25 off at any of the company’s steakhouses.
The selection with the most votes becomes the following week’s promotion and customers can collect the winning prize on the website. This week’s promotion is a buy one-get one free buffet at any of the company’s properties.
This week, customers can choose between half off on a bar tab, $15 for $30 worth of Mexican dining, or a buy one-get one free massage.
Station Casinos, which is coming out of a yearlong bankruptcy reorganization, launched the “We Love Locals” campaign on Feb. 6 with television and newspaper advertisements featuring company employees.
Throughout February, Station Casinos is giving away 220 new cars in 22 days; a rebirth of a promotion began by company founder Frank Fertitta Jr.
Greeters have been welcoming guests into the company’s properties between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. daily, while Station Casinos gave away 100,000 free boxes of Valentine’s Day chocolates.
The campaign has been months in the making and began with the return of the Grand Café coffee shops to the Station Casinos properties.
