Sales of note

▶ KTR Capital Partners has purchased the approximately 46,020-square-foot industrial property at 6365 Montessouri St. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $3,800,000. Bridget Richards of Colliers International represented the seller, Rialto Capital. Dan Doherty and Jason Lesley of Colliers International represented the buyer.

▶ West Flamingo Road LLC has purchased approximately 12.84 acres on Executive Airport Drive in Henderson. The transaction value was $2,349,104. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the seller, South 15 Partners LLC. Grant Traub and Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the buyer. Nevada secretary of state records show West Flamingo Road LLC is registered to The Korte Co., a local general contractor.

▶ 90CPD100 LLC purchased the 4,778-square-foot industrial property at 90 Corporate Park Drive, Suite 110, in Henderson. The transaction value was $450,000. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the seller, OB Realty LLC.

▶ Xia Lin and Lisa Lin purchased the 5,108-square-foot office property at 3668 E. Sunset Road in Las Vegas. Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley of Colliers International represented the seller, Sunset & Pecos II LLC. The transaction value was $410,000. Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the buyer.

▶ Mosaic Land 2 LLC purchased the 1.25-acre property on the corner of West Pyle Road and South Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $169,500. Vince Schettler of Colliers International represented the buyer.

Significant leases

▶ American Academy of Urology leased the 3,490-square-foot medical office property at 9053 S. Pecos Road, Suite 2900, in Henderson. The transaction value was $163,332. Stacy Scheer of Colliers International represented the lessee.

▶ Webgistix Corp. leased the approximately 6,000-square-foot office property at 127 E. Warm Springs Road in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $152,148. Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, 127 Warm Springs LLC.

▶ SCC Energy Services Inc. leased the approximately 3,739-square-foot industrial property at 5275 S. Arville St., Suite 116, in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $104,525. Dean Willmore, Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers International represented the lessor, FJM Vegas Holdings LLC.

▶ Zerorez-Las Vegas LLC leased 12,008 square feet of industrial space at 7540 Dean Martin Drive in Las Vegas. Jennifer Levine, and Elizabeth Moore of Voit represented tenant in the 63-month lease valued at $471,515. ▶Event Technology LLC leased the approximately 4,800-square-foot industrial property is located at 6295 S. Pearl St., Suite 400, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC.
