College will hold foreclosure seminar
The College of Southern Nevada will offer a seminar on understanding foreclosures from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 15 at Green Valley High School, 1560 Warm Springs Road in Henderson.
This course, designed for real estate licensees, lenders, investors or homeowners, will cover types of foreclosures, foreclosure procedures, homeowners rights and real estate agents' responsibilities, among other topics.
