Bally Technologies acquiring applications
Bally Technologies, a Las Vegas gambling-machine maker said it will acquire Compudigm International's Gaming Power and SeePower applications for an undisclosed price.
In a statement, Bally said Compudigm's applications will serve as a key component in Bally's server-gaming strategy.
Bally said the acquired Compudigm technology monitors, manages and optimizes data from more than 60,000 gaming positions around the world.
