Harrah's Entertainment declares cash dividend
Harrah's Entertainment declared a quarterly cash dividend of 40 cents per share, payable Nov. 21 to stockholders of record as of Nov. 8.
Apollo Management Group and Texas Pacific Group is taking Harrah's private in a $17.1 billion takeover. The deal is expected to close by year's end.
Harrah's held its last shareholders meeting in April.
Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, a Milwaukee-based law firm, opened an office at 411 E. Bonneville Ave.
Snell & Wilmer, a law firm, moved to 3883 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 1100.
The Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design and Residential Design named George Garlock chairman and William Snyder secretary-treasurer for 2008.
Fennemore Craig, a law firm, named Jon Pearson associate attorney.
Colonial Bank named Jody Noriega vice president and credit analyst for the Nevada region.
A Fastsigns sign and graphics center opened at 1331 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 140. Jean Carson owns the shop.
