Las Vegas apartment complex brings $2.25 million

▶ Olive Apartments, an 85-unit complex at 2300 Olive St., Las Vegas has been sold for $2.25 million. NAI Vegas’ Sauter Multifamily Group represented the seller, Olive Apartments LLC. The buyer of the 37-year-old property, which sold for $26,470 per door, was Olive Properties LLC.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLD

▶ Sam Scaletta of MDL Group represented Cogent A13138 Investors LLC in its $1.1 million purchase of a 12,893-square-foot industrial property at 3430-3450 Polaris Ave. Dennis Perri of Ehsan Realty LLC represented the buyer, investor Polaris Pollux LLC.

▶ NEVDPSS Holdings LLC bought the approximately 6,195-square-foot office property at 4001 Meadows Lane in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $630,000. Stacy Scheer of Colliers International

represented the seller, ANKALOVIC Inc. ▶ Hospitality Partners LLC purchased the approximately 5,126-square-foot office property at 3632 Sunset Road in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $400,000.
