Clark County Credit Union named Jill Hart mortgage loan processor. Hart will be processing loans for the real estate department. With 25 years of banking experience, Hart is celebrating her 17th year with CCCU where she
began as a teller.

ENGINEERING

Geotechnical & Environmental Services Inc. named Borhan Moradi staff professional for the Las Vegas office. Moradi will assist in civil engineering projects, performing site reconnaissance, including geologic site reconnaissance and geotechnical site layout as well as geotechnical calculations/evaluations and report preparation.

The Nevada 150 Planning Committee named Esther Carter executive director of Nevada’s sesquicentennial celebration. Carter has more than 16 years’ experience in strategic market planning, advertising, public relations and special event planning, production and execution.

Ubiquita Inc. named Cathe Shandle national account manager. Shandle will focus on multilocation projects in Las Vegas and surrounding markets including Arizona, Utah and Southern California.

TREW Financial and Benefits Group Inc. added Bree Gonzalez and Tony Bernazard to its team of financial representatives.

Western Risk Insurance named Susan Bauman president. Bauman has served in leadership roles at Western Risk for 11 years, most recently as vice president.

LAW

Berna Rhodes-Ford, managing shareholder of Rhodes-Ford & Associates P.C., was named to the 2013 Mountain States Super Lawyers list. Rhodes-Ford was recognized for her excellence in the practice area of employment litigation. She has more than 17 years of legal experience.

Mark Clayton, a shareholder in Lionel Sawyer & Collins’ gaming and regulatory law department, has been named chairman of the Gaming Law Committee of the American Bar Association’s business law section.

Greenberg Traurig welcomes former federal prosecutor Russell E. Marsh to the firm’s Las Vegas office, where he will serve as shareholder in the firm’s litigation practice. Before joining the firm, Marsh served as the chief of the criminal division for the U.S. attorney’s office in Nevada.
