Sportsman’s Warehouse reopening store in Las Vegas
Sportsman's Warehouse has returned to Las Vegas with the reopening of its store at Centennial Gateway shopping center at Ann Road and U.S. Highway 95 in northwest Las Vegas.
The store was closed two years ago when the Utah-based retailer announced it was shutting down 23 stores around the country, including its Las Vegas and Henderson operations.
The return of Sportsman's Warehouse signals renewed optimism for Las Vegas retailers, said Terri Sturm, chief executive officer of Territory Inc., developer of Centennial Gateway.
Sportsman's Warehouse is hiring about 70 employees at the 55,000-square-foot store, which specializes in hunting, fishing and outdoor retail.
