UNLV grad selected to head Gaming Control Board audit division

A University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduate has been selected to head the audit division of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Kelly Colvin, who has 26 years of experience within the division, has been a certified public accountant since 1994 and received an accounting degree from UNLV was named chief of the audit division by Control Board Chairman A.G. Burnett.

Colvin replaces former chief Shirley Springer, who retired in February.
