Wynn, 69, earned $2.95 million in base salary and a bonus of $3.22 million last year. He also received $6.9 million in nonequity compensation and $1.54 million in all other compensation.

In an SEC filing in February, Wynn Resorts announced Wynn's base salary would be increasing to $4 million. His raise was effective Feb. 24.
