50-year-old woman found dead in November identified

A woman found dead in a Las Vegas alley in November has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.

Christine Ray, 50, was found near the intersection of 10th Street and Stewart Avenue around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 8, according to Metropolitan Police Department officials.

Investigators indicate the body was placed in the alley between 1:15 and 7:15 p.m. on Nov. 8.

The coroner's office ruled the case a homicide, but the investigation is ongoing.

Ray also had used the names Carla Pope, Christine Wright and Christine Kay Farias.

Anyone who had contact with Ray in October or November or anyone who has information regarding the case should call the homicide division at 828-3521 or Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
