Brenda Stokes, 50, appears in Clark County Justice Court Friday, Dec. 28, 2012. Stokes is accused of slashing a Bellagio blackjack dealer and is suspected of killing his 10-year-old daughter Jade Morris. A judge raised bail for Stokes to $600,000 on Friday in light of expected murder charges to be filed this afternoon.
