Clark County coroner identifies man shot to death at gas station

The man killed in a shooting at a Rebel gas station late Tuesday night has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Santiago Spicer Flanders, 40, was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds near the gas station, 3785 W. Tropicana Ave., about 11 p.m., Las Vegas police said.

He was taken to University Medical Center where he died shorty after, according to police.

Upon investigating, police said they believe the man had been parked at a gas pump and sat in his car for about 30 minutes. He was shot after getting out.

Two suspects, who have not been identified, fled the scene in a tan sedan, police said.
