Man wounded in shooting in east Las Vegas
Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting that left a man wounded in the torso late Wednesday night.
The shooting just before 11:45 p.m. Police said they found the victim in the doorway of a house in the 5100 block of East Wyoming, near South Nellis Boulevard and East Sahara Avenue. Neighbors had called police after hearing gunshots.
The victim couldn’t give any details on what happened, police said. He was taken to University Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting remains under investigation.
