The Trinity Toasters Toastmasters Club meets at 5:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at Holy Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church, 700 Lola Ave., North Las Vegas.

The Republican Toastmasters Club meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the American Legion Post 8, 733 Veterans Memorial Drive (878-4142).

The Sourcer-Ers Toastmasters Club meets at 7:15 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at Green Valley Library, 2797 N. Green Valley Parkway, Henderson (896-1427).

PINOCHLE CLUB

The nonsmoking Double Deck Pinochle Club meets at 6:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays (274-6387).

SENIOR WOMEN'S SOFTBALL

Softball teams for women ages 40 to 80 are formed year-round for recreational and tournament play (251-9784).

SINGLES TRAVEL CLUB

The Las Vegas Singles Travel and Social Club, for people 55 and older, meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the Tap House, 5589 W. Charleston Blvd. (888-324-2028).

POMEGRANATE GUILD

The Pomegranate Guild of Judaic Needlework Las Vegas Chapter meets at 10 a.m. on the third Monday of each month at Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara Ave. (838-5373).

BACK-TO-SCHOOL DRIVE

The Salvation Army is having a drive for school supplies for more than 2,000 needy children in Clark County. Backpacks, calculators, paper, scissors, pencils, pens and other school-related materials are needed (870-4430, Ext. 113)

CITIZENS FOR PATIENT DIGNITY

The Citizens for Patient Dignity will meet at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara Ave. (254-2578).

BACKGAMMON CLUB

The Las Vegas Backgammon Club meets at 7 p.m. Tuesdays at Jackson's Bar & Grill, 6020 W. Flamingo Road (458-0926).
