Students and staff at Jerome D. Mack Middle School celebrated the unveiling and dedication of a 300-foot mural that students created on the wall of the flood channel next to the school, as a community improvement project. The football field-sized mural was created by students with the theme of “Maverick Country” and is dedicated to the history of Southern Nevada. It also aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.
