Red Rock Canyon: On Monday, a moderate, 3-mile hike to Cathedral Rock. On Wednesday, a 3½-mile moderate hike to La Madre Springs. On Thursday, a 3½-mile moderate hike to an overlook of Las Vegas to see the sun set. On Friday, a 3-mile moderate hike to Keystone Thrust. Also Friday, a moderate, 3-mile hike to Calico Basin. Also Friday, an easy, ½-mile hike at Corn Creek Spring (515-5367).
