SIGNATURE SUSHI
The California Roll is one of the great successes of branded marketing, whether that was the creator's intent or not. Reportedly originating in, yes, California, it became popular across the country as a sort of "starter sushi," but now is said to be popular even in Tokyo.
But we're not in California, we're in Las Vegas. And our own hometown sushi chefs, no less creative, have dreamed up any number of Las Vegas Rolls, which in keeping with the spirit of things, can be quite different from sushi spot to sushi spot.
On this page we showcase some of the Las Vegas Rolls from sushi restaurants across the valley.
