CDS

Various Artists, "Live Earth: The Concerts for a Climate in Crisis"

Bang your head, save a tree, bust a move, protect the ozone: You can go Greenpeace real easy like with this CD/two DVD set from the Live Earth concerts this summer, where big names such as Metallica, the Foo Fighters, the Beastie Boys and Duran Duran rocked out for the environment.

There's lots of good stuff here: Roger Waters tearing into "Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2," A.F.I.'s combustible "Miss Murder" and a raucous pairing of Madonna and Goglo Bordello on "La Isla Bonita," which is hot enough to melt the polar ice caps.

Whoops!
