Water Cooler

Here are a few things in news, entertainment and pop culture that we've been talking about lately.

■ "Jubilee!" at Bally's celebrates its 30th anniversary. Sinking the Titanic before sinking the Titanic was cool.

■ Miley Cyrus has an equal sign tattooed on her finger in support of gay rights. Or, alternatively, in support of a really untalented tattoo artist.

■ The recession forces Las Vegas strip clubs to offer two-for-one lap dances and other discounts and freebies. Watching dancers with coin changers on their G-strings is so depressing.

■ Two goldfish survive for 134 days after being orphaned in a New Zealand earthquake. We'd love to see a hungry cat try to take on these two.
