Coroner says 19-year-old’s death near Sloan is a suicide

The Clark County coroner declared the March 28 death of a 19-year-old near Sloan a suicide on Tuesday.
Oscar Cruz of Tustin, California, was hit by a car on Sloan Road after he stopped his car and got out.
The driver of the car that struck Cruz tried to take him to a Las Vegas hospital, but stopped in a parking lot to call for medical services. When help arrived, Cruz was pronounced dead on the scene.
