Decatur Boulevard reopens after multi-vehicle crash

Decatur Boulevard at Gilmore Avenue has reopened after it was closed by a five-vehicle wreck Friday morning, North Las Vegas police said.

One person was hospitalized and was in stable condition, police spokesman officer Steven Wiese said Friday afternoon.

The crash happened about 10:20 a.m. on Decatur. A car traveling south on Decatur hit an SUV and a sedan while changing lanes, police said.

The driver of the southbound car was taken to University Medical Center. Others involved in the crash were able to walk away with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.
