Comedian George Wallace plans to help owner and chef John Mckibben celebrate the 15th anniversary of Grape Street Café, 7501 W. Lake Mead Blvd., at 6 p.m. Thursday. The event will raise funds for underprivileged children through Operation School Bell.
All of the evening's tips will go to the nonprofit organization, which provides at-risk children in the Las Vegas Valley with clothing and personal hygiene items.

SILVERTON RESTAURANTS ANNOUNCE THANKSGIVING MENUS
Twin Creeks Steakhouse at the Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, plans to offer a three-course Thanksgiving menu from 2 to 9 p.m. Nov. 22. It will feature smoked duck breast salad or roasted butternut squash soup, free range turkey with a foie gras stuffing, sage giblet gravy, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, haricot verts and cranberry pear relish. Dessert will be pumpkin cheesecake or strawberry trifle.

Sundance Grill plans to offer a special meal from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $18.95. The Feast and Festival buffets at Station Casinos and Fiesta properties plan to expand their menu for lunch and dinner for Thanksgiving Nov. 22.
A carving station will feature turkey, prime rib and ham, and sides will include pecan sage stuffing, green bean and mushroom casserole and mashed potatoes. Buffets at Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch Resorts plan to offer upscale options, where the cost will be $18.99 with a Boarding Pass rewards card and $24.99 without a card. MARIE CALLENDER'S OFFERS FEAST, DINE-IN OPTIONS FOR THANKSGIVING
Marie Callender's is offering take home feasts for Thanksgiving, starting at $99.99. The Classic Turkey Feast has an oven-roasted turkey breast or ham with seven sides and a pie.
Along with the Classic Turkey Feast, four other options are available: Ham Feast ($99.99), Ultimate Whole Turkey Feast ($119.99), Ham and Turkey Combo Feast ($139.99), and Ultimate Ham and Turkey Feast ($149.99). The Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station, 4949 N. Rancho Drive, plans to host a wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery and cuisine by chef Johannes Bernau at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Rattlecan, an urban burger concept from the creators of FIRST Food & Bar, is scheduled to open this month in The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
The restaurant will feature burgers, signature shots and street chic graffiti art installations by top street artists. Burger toppings are set to include roasted portobellos and onions, Brie, balsamic glaze and truffle mayo on sesame brioche rolls. CLAIM JUMPER HOSTING FUNDRAISER FOR OPPORTUNITY VILLAGE THROUGH NOVEMBER
Claim Jumper restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley plan to show their support for Opportunity Village in November by hosting the Feast for a Claus fundraiser.
Event fliers will be available at the door of each participating restaurant. The wine is released the third Thursday of every November in French tradition. A collaboration among Caesars Palace, hospitality industry leader Larry Ruvo, Food Network co-founder Robin Leach and culinary entertainment producer Richard Gore, Food University will have student volunteers from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' hospitality school assisting with back-of-the-house preparations. Proceeds from "admissions" will go to Keep Memory Alive.
