Moulin Rouge property case moved to Tuesday

The case dealing with the approval of the sale of the Moulin Rouge property has been moved to an oral hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

District Court judge Elizabeth Gonzales will decide whether to approve the sale of the property to Moulin Rouge Holdings LLC, a company that is in the process of securing its funding.

The case was originally slated to be heard Friday.

Las Vegas Attorney William Devine on behalf of Boris London, managing member of Moulin Rouge Holdings LLC, filed an objection to the motion to approve the sale Tuesday.

Various parties are disputing who has authority over Moulin Rouge Holdings LCC and whether the purchase agreement is valid.
