Terence Jujuans Washington, 16, left his home near the intersection of Centennial Parkway and Commerce Street on the morning of April 1 and has not returned, police wrote in a release.

Washington’s family says the teen suffers from severe depression and bipolar disorder. He is without medication.

He has small tattoos on both of his hands and a smiley face on his chest, the release said.

Anyone with information on Washington’s whereabouts is urged to call police at 702-633-9111.
