A 63-year-old inmate died at Southern Desert Correction Center in Indian Springs on Saturday, the Nevada Department of Corrections said in a release.
Spencer Anderson was committed from Clark County on December 12, 1995. He was serving 10 to 40 years on Habitual Criminal charges.
His cause of death remains unknown pending an autopsy. Anderson's next of kin have been notified.
