The Nye County sheriff’s office Monday was seeking a prisoner who didn’t report back to jail from a work-release program.

Jonathan Ross Moncada, 31, left the Nye County Detention Center on Saturday and did not return when he was due in the evening, according to the sheriff’s office.

Moncada is described as white, 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He is bald with several tattoos and hazel eyes, police said.

Nye County’s detention center is in Pahrump, about 70 miles west of Las Vegas.
