A British Airways passenger jet lost a tire during takeoff from Harry Reid International Airport late Monday night, according to an airport spokeswoman.
The crash happened at 12:50 a.m. Tuesday in the eastbound lanes of the I-215 at Jones Boulevard in the southern Las Vegas Valley, the Nevada Highway Patrol said.
